Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
My Beautiful Sicily is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Wrong Shipping Info
We have no liability if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. All costs of the product and article remain with the customer and in no way can our shop be held liable for the mistake made by the customer.
Damages
Terms & Conditions – Damaged Items During Shipping
At My Beautiful Sicily Ceramics, we take great care in packaging every order with the utmost attention to ensure your items arrive safely. Each piece is carefully wrapped and securely packed to minimize any risk of damage during transit.
However, once a package leaves our hands and is in the care of the shipping company, we are not liable for any damage that may occur during shipping. Please understand that shipping companies are independent third parties, and we cannot assume responsibility for their handling of parcels.
What You Need to Know:

We do not offer refunds for items damaged during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company, and will provide any necessary documentation or photos to support your case.

While we cannot guarantee the outcome of a claim, we will do our best to support you through the process.

Shipping Policy: Missed Deliveries & Returned Packages
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. From that point, it becomes the customer's responsibility to monitor the shipment and ensure someone is available to receive it at the delivery address provided.
Client Responsibility

We are not responsible if the recipient is not home during delivery or fails to track their shipment.

It is entirely the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking updates and coordinate receipt of the package with the carrier.
Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us due to:

The client being unavailable at the delivery address,

The address being incorrect or incomplete, or
-
The client failing to respond to delivery notices or pickup requests,
the following terms apply:

Reshipping Fee: You may request that the order be resent. A new shipping fee will apply and must be paid before the item is shipped again.

Refund Option: You may choose to cancel the order. In that case, we will issue a refund for the product(s) only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damage on Return
If the returned order arrives damaged due to:

Carrier mishandling during return transit, or

The package being unclaimed or left unprotected after a failed delivery attempt,
we are not liable for any damages. The customer assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage under these circumstances, and no refund or replacement will be provided.
