Europe:

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from My Beautiful Sicily. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

14-Day Return Policy: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at asia@my-beautiful-sicily.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

International Shipping Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to all orders shipped outside of Europe. By placing an order for delivery to a destination outside of Europe, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Shipping Destinations
We offer international shipping to select countries outside of Europe. Available destinations and shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Costs & Duties
All shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by the destination country and are not included in our prices. Please check with your local customs office for details prior to placing your order.

4. Processing & Delivery Times

5. Non-Refundable Policy
All orders shipped to destinations outside of Europe are final sale and non-refundable.

6. Order Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address and order details are accurate before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to non-payment of duties or incorrect address, it will not be eligible for a refund.

By placing an international order outside of Europe, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
